The R5 kit is SawMaster’s lightweight rail system.  It is comprised of two aluminum rails, hardware to join the rails, and a skid assembly for the SawMaster H5 hand tile saw to mount to.  Kit choice will determine which combination of 5.5- or 7.5-feet rails are included.  The metal skid arrangement uses high-quality ball bearing and adjustable PFOA guides to make travel on the rail effortless and stable.  In addition, pairs of c-clamp and suction cup mounting hardware are included to anchor the assembled rails to any flat material that need to be cut. 

The SDT-25EX stone saw features a 10" blade capacity and a 1-1/2 HP motor to facilitate the cutting of large, hard materials like stone, brick and porcelain tile. Spanning 55" in length, the saw is small enough to fit in conventional pickup trucks, while still being able to cut tiles up to 36" straight and 25" diagonally. This model provides built-in support for miter cuts and excellent vertical clearance for deep plunge cuts.

The SDT-1025 is an affordable entry-level rail saw designed to fulfill the large cutting capacity needs of professional tile installers. Equipped with a robust 1-1/2 HP induction motor and 10" diamond blade, the SDT-1025 can cut tiles up to 27" in length with remarkable ease. For added versatility and value, the saw also offers superb plunge cuts, miter cutting capability and an integrated folding stand for convenient setup and transportation.

The R1040 is a professional rail saw designed to handle large tile and stone jobs. Its substantial cutting length of 40" allows it to cut tiles as large as 28" square on a diagonal. To ensure precision cuts on materials of this size, the saw comes standard equipped with a side extension table. For added versatility, the saw is capable of performing plunge cuts and miter cuts and features an integrated folding stand.

The R1048 is an extended version of the R1040 stone saw capable of handling even larger material while retaining all of its features.  With the optional long side extension table, it can handle extremely wide material to make 48" rip cuts or diagonal cuts of massive 34" square tiles.  While the saw is longer it is still robust enough to handle being transported and can fit most conventional work vehicles without a problem.

The R1042L is the successor to the successful R1040 professional rail saw.  It carries on its legacy by inheriting all of its strength such as having an all steel frame, integrated folding legs with wheels, a reliable direct drive induction motor and a miter-able rail system to make 45-degree cuts.  There has also been a modest improvement to its cutting capacity so it can now cut 48-inches on a plunge while only adding a few inches to its foot print.  In addition, the tables now feature a slide in reinforced aluminum extrusion system that help reduce the saws overall weight while retain its original strength.
